Common questions
Is a JSA the same as a SWMS for Loading and Unloading Trucks?
No. A SWMS is required for high-risk construction work under the WHS Regulations. Loading and Unloading Trucks does not usually fall into those categories on its own, though principal contractors and builders often ask for documentation before you get on site.
