Data Retention

We retain order records (name, email, items purchased, transaction ID) for 7 years to meet Australian tax and accounting obligations. Download access records are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of non-statutory data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI-DSS compliant. Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controlled by time-limited signed URLs.
