Common questions
Is a JSA the same as a SWMS for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration?
No. A SWMS is required for high-risk construction work under the WHS Regulations. Air Conditioning and Refrigeration does not usually fall into those categories on its own, though principal contractors and builders often ask for documentation before you get on site.
