Is a JSA the same as a SWMS for Arborist and Tree Work?
No. A SWMS is required for high-risk construction work under the WHS Regulations. Arborist and Tree Work does not usually fall into those categories on its own, though principal contractors and builders often ask for documentation before you get on site.
