Is a JSA the same as a SWMS for Crowd and Pedestrian Management?
No. A SWMS is required for high-risk construction work under the WHS Regulations. Crowd and Pedestrian Management does not usually fall into those categories on its own, though principal contractors and builders often ask for documentation before you get on site.
