Is a JSA the same as a SWMS for Spray Foam and Blow-in Insulation?
No. A SWMS is required for high-risk construction work under the WHS Regulations. Spray Foam and Blow-in Insulation does not usually fall into those categories on its own, though principal contractors and builders often ask for documentation before you get on site.
