Is a JSA the same as a SWMS for Vinyl and Resilient Flooring?
No. A SWMS is required for high-risk construction work under the WHS Regulations. Vinyl and Resilient Flooring does not usually fall into those categories on its own, though principal contractors and builders often ask for documentation before you get on site.
