Operation of a water cart for dust suppression, compaction water and haul road maintenance, including filling, spraying operations and interaction with other plant.

To operate the water cart so that no person is struck, the cart does not roll over with a part-full tank, surfaces are not made dangerously slippery, and filling operations are safe.
